Kandi is a skilled breeder and trainer, often referred to as the "Dog Whisperer." As our lead pet breeder in the Finley,Washington,(Tri-Cities area), she works quietly from her home with some of our beloved Prague Ratters. We are grateful to have her expertise as part of our breeding program.
